Summary:
The Company is a privately-held, global leader in aluminum rolled and extruded products, and aluminum recycling. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, the company operates more than 40 production facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
We are seeking to add a talented Global Reliable Assets Manager to our Operational Excellence team. The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee the development, implementation, training, teaching, coaching, support, and management of the implementation of a world class manufacturing reliability system using lean techniques across 14 facilities and corporate head office. The role will require approx. 75% travel to the various sites within North America, Europe and Asia. This position is one of the cornerstone roles of the Buiness System - Reliable People(Operations), Reliable Process, Reliable Assets.
The individual in this role can be located at any of our key Rolled Products North America (RPNA) facilities (Lewisport, KY; Uhrichsville, OH; Ashville, OH; or Davenport, IA).
Responsibilities Include:
Lead the development and implementation of a world class Asset Reliability management system across the company.
Develop and support the Regional teams consisting of SMEs and plant champions.
Owner of the Global Reliability Roadmap and activities.
Oversee the Development of Global Reliability Centered Maintenance program
Develop and provide coaching on condition based maintenance: Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Infrared Imagining and Analysis, PDMA etc
Precision Maintenance: Laser Alignment, Lubrication Routes, Roll Management etc
PM (Preventative Maint)and PdM (Predictive Maint) systems
Asset Care Plans, critical spares management
Work Request, Work Management and Notification systems
Material Management, Spares and stores storage systems
Develop a Global Reliability communication plan focusing on the teaching and coaching of reliability concepts.
Develop a Global standard for Reliability education and boot camp for all levels and areas of the organization.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive world class Asset Reliability curriculum for Engineers, technical support, operations and staff throughout the Global Business system resulting in CMRP certification.
Interface with plant/region reliability resources, operations and maintenance teams and external consultants to benchmark and develop a gap analysis tool in the area of reliability.
Provide Coaching and mentorship of plant leadership teams in developing Reliability Roadmaps to ensure that the gaps found in the annual Reliability Assessments are being addressed.
Work with the Global Business System Steering Committees to create the structure and functionality of the new department. Lead focus groups to determine best practice and implementation in designated area (i.e. training, metrics, etc).
Develop and participate in Reliability auditing throughout the company. Make recommendations on implementing solutions.
Work with project engineering to ensure Design for Reliability concepts have been incorporated to ensure the maintainability of new and modified installations by using the life cycle asset management process.
Participate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
Develop risk management plans that anticipates reliability-related and non-reliability related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
Support, lead and direct Root Cause Failure Analysis of significant downtime events at Plant locations; implementing permanent corrective actions to mitigate probability of reoccurrence.
Develop FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) on key bottleneck equipment across the global, support the regions in the develop of their critical asset plans of care.
Be a senior leader within the Global Business System organization - engage the workforce.
Support the Manger-Global Reliable Process, Manager- Global Reliable Operations and business system teams.
Use, teach and coach lean and six sigma methodology and proactive problem solving.
Be a resource for operations, maintenance, HSE and supply chain in support of delivering the business objectives.

Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree minimum, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 15
years of experience in a similar role(s) in a manufacturing/heavy industrial organization.
CMRP or SMRP certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt training/certification.
Operations/Maintenance Leadership experience.
Previous experience in leading a team of subject matter experts.
Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Oracle, and various CMMS applications.
Must be comfortable teaching and presenting to large groups at all levels of the organization from shopfloor to CEO.
Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Aluminum Casting or Rolling Experience.
Fluent in German, Dutch, or Chinese.
10
years TPM experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
